BACK ORDERS: In excess of $15 will be shipped upon availability. ALL ERRORS OF SHIPMENT: Must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of goods.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICIES: Orders are placed Monday – Sat will usually ship within 1 – 10 business days. You should receive your order within 4 – 7 business days from shipment date.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING & SPECIAL HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS are available at additional cost. Call our Customer Service Line for a quote. Our standard shipping method is via FED-Ex or USPS to all destinations in the U.S Extra fees will be applied for all international shipping & handling addresses outside of U.S and must be shipped via USPS.
RETURNS: If the merchandise is defective please follow these procedures within 7 days from the date of shipment to insure a prompt replacement, refund or credit. You must receive a Return authorization Number (RA#) from Beauty OnThe Road prior to sending in your return. Regardless of the reason, all returns MUST be processed through Customer Service. Items returned without RA# printed on the outside of the shipping box will be returned to Customer. The following items are not returnable: ALL Tempur-Pedic items & All Perfect Picture Foundations, any Makeup Products or Bottles that have been opened, and all products that have been opened. If you have any products with defects, you must call within 7 days or you will not receive your money back.
NOTE: For All Defects, Damaged Products or Delivery you must take a few pictures of the packaging, product in several angles and any or all damages to be reported. Send your Full Name, Contact Number, Address along with all pictures to [email protected]. They will be reviewed. You will be notified by email or phone as to the status of the return, and further instructions.
NEW AND UNOPENED RETURNS sent within 30 days: We will gladly accept new products, returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition, within 30 days from the date of shipment. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned will incur an additional restocking fee.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED PRODUCTS: All products and risk of loss are FOB seller’s warehouse. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including (TBD) Beauty On The Road Inc. also collects sales tax in states that have adopted the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA), including Arkansas, Georgia, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
BEAUTY ON THE ROAD INC. DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any state NOT listed above because Beauty On The Road Inc. is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.
