Nutmeg (Myristica Fragrans):  Has a sweet, warm, spicy scent similar to the spice commonly used in cooking. Comforting and soothing, nutmeg helps boost energy. It also supports nervous and endocrine systems and prostaglandin balance.* Nutmeg has an approximate ORAC of 1,581,360 (TE/L). TE/L is expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent per liter.

— USE:  Directions: Dietary Supplement: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Put in a capsule and take up to three times daily or as needed. Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ or olive oil. Then apply to desired area as needed.Aromatic: Diffuse up to 30 minutes three times daily.
